Transcript: That was another really interesting opportunity to be involved in the process of reviewing the submissions from a number of really amazing environmental forerunners and looking at three levels of engagement and looking at a senior executive who has done some really groundbreaking activities within their company to push forward the environmental agenda, also looking at a staff member who has done the same within a company, and then looking at a team to see a team that’s really rallied and taken the environmental performance of the company forward in a really meaningful way. And I think it opened my eyes to what so many different companies are doing both large and small, companies here in Canada are doing to green their operations. We looked at the performance so are there clear metrics to show that the company has been successful with these initiatives and then also to look at the process. And that was an interesting bucket to see to the extent to which it engaged within its own corporate culture and also to see how it engaged within its broader corporate community such as its industry peers to reach out and share best practices.
